She asked me what flavors we liked and she gave great suggestions and we were able to have a good dialogue about what pastries she could bake for us and they turned out great. The yuzu white chocolate pastry alone was worth it. The earl grey melon bread and the strawberry pastry hearts were great too. I don't think I've had that delicate and airy a pastry before. Truly delicious and unique. I'm definitely putting in another order when opportunity lets me."

  • “ It is very rare to find a business, a small business- where the owner is incredibly gifted in what they do and is also a very genuinely wonderful person. I think we found it! I wanted to get something very special for my daughter’s 30th birthday, who happens to love all things Japanese, And while she was visiting us from quite far away… I wanted to do something special. A friend told me about MAISON INA and I gave her a call… I was amazed at the kindness and the absolute giftedness of this woman! She created two beautiful pastries for us to present to my daughter on Thanksgiving day, which is the day we celebrated her birthday. I can’t tell you how amazingly wonderful and delicious they were! I highly highly highly recommend her to anyone! She does everything with such care and kindness. She even attached an incredibly kind and sweet and thoughtful note along with our box of goodies! My daughter was able to bring the rest of the pastries home to Chicago, and we all felt very blessed eating these incredibly delicious treats!”
