*Cancellations

All sales are final and non-refundable, as each pastry is lovingly handcrafted in small batches and made to order.
We appreciate your understanding and your support of our handmade baking at Maison Ina.

*Order Confirmation & Payment
Orders are considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Payment will be collected at the time of pick-up (cash, card, or Venmo). Please note that online payment is not available due to Virginia Cottage Food Law.

*Why this policy?

Because everything is handmade in limited quantities, a late cancellation means that your bread may go to waste, and a spot someone else could have taken is lost.
